Orders placed before noon Central Time (Monday–Friday) ship the same day from our Iowa facility. Orders placed after noon will go out the next business day.

“Transit Days” refer to business days only and do not include weekends or the day the order is shipped.
We know timing matters—especially during a box emergency! This map and info are here to help you estimate when your order will arrive so you can plan ahead.

Expedited Shipping & Refunds
Only shipments sent via UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, or Next Day Air Early, may qualify for a refund if delivered late. However, UPS has many exclusions, and refunds are not guaranteed.
UPS Will not refund shipping charges for delays caused by:
- Weather or natural disasters
- Mechanical failures
- Missed delivery attempts
- Any situation deemed outside UPS's control
For Next Day Air Saver, UPS has temporarily extended the window for what they consider an on-time delivery to end-of-day (11:59 p.m.).
We are happy to review late deliveries and, if eligible, submit a claim to UPS on your behalf.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 60 days of the scheduled delivery date. We are unable to assist with claims made after this window.
