NOTICE: UPS has suspended its Money Back Guarantee for shipments. Please note that an order that normally took one day to get to you may take three days or even longer. There are currently no refunds for any delayed shipments.
To receive a quote for the additional costs involved to ship to your location we ask that you place an order through our website and check the box that indicates the order is for the purpose of getting a quote only. We will not process your order or charge your card unless you approve the quote. IMPORTANT: You will be required to enter your credit card information when placing your order and your bank will hold the funds in limbo in your account equal to the dollar amount of the order. After placing your order, you will receive a quote from us by email within 1-2 business days. Once you receive the quote, please let us know if you wish to proceed with or cancel your order. If you wish to proceed with your order, we will charge your card and get your order on its way. If you wish to cancel your order, no problem, we will cancel it. Once your order has been cancelled, it can take a few days for your bank to remove the hold on the funds in your account so please keep that in mind.
Currently, this is the only way we offer quotes for outside the Lower 48 states / international.
We know (because you tell us) one of the reasons we have such

take in giving you the absolute best shipping solution available.
It is no different for our customers outside the Contiguous United States.
We do not make money from shipping and handling fees!
Because of the volume of items we ship, we receive discounted
shipping rates. These discounts are passed on to you.
We are thrilled you want our boxes and we want to get them into
your hands as easily as possible. The cost you pay for shipping
is the amount it takes to get them from our back door to your
kitchen.* We want to make sure and let you know that our international customers
are responsible for all Destination Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges. We
are always looking for ways to make things easier and are presently
developing a system to simplify these charges and save you money. But
for now, our international customers take care of paying these fees.
