Shipping Information

NOTICE: UPS has suspended its Money Back Guarantee for shipments. Please note that an order that normally took one day to get to you may take three days or even longer. There are currently no refunds for any delayed shipments.

Most orders ship the same day if you place the order before 12:00 PM Central Time.

  • 'Transit Days' shown below are Business Days. They do not include Saturday & Sunday or the day order is shipped when calculating transit time.
  • A lot of you call us in the midst of a box emergency. We hope this map and explanation can help you to accurately calculate when you'll have the things you need to be back in business.
  • *Note* UPS will not refund shipping charges for shipments that are delayed due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical failure.
Expedited Shipping Quote:
  • To get a quote, place your order and note in the comment section on the checkout page that you would like a quote for expedited shipping.
  • We will then send you an email with the additional charges and you will need to respond before we ship your order.
  • If an order requesting expedited shipping is placed after 12PM Central time, a reply with expedited shipping options will not be emailed until the following business day morning.
  • We will not ship until we hear back from the customer.
  • Please, place two separate orders if you would like some boxes expedited and some sent ground.
