Only shipments sent via UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, or Next Day Air Early may qualify for a refund if delivered late.
However, UPS has many exclusions, and refunds are not guaranteed.
For Next Day Air Saver, UPS has temporarily extended the window for what they consider an on-time delivery to end-of-day (11:59 p.m.)
